临床医学生对患者期望反应的影响因素分析

Study on the Effect Factors of Expected Response in Patients to Intern

目的:分析临床实习医学生对患者期望反应的影响因素,为完善医学教育和改善医患关系提供参考。方法:通过问卷调查获取资料,采用Epidata3.0软件录入,用SPSS13.0软件进行描述性统计分析和多元线性回归分析。结果和结论:临床实习医学生对患者期望的总体反应处于折中的水平,它与实习指导老师指导频率自我评价赋值、医学课程学习成绩自我评价赋值和合理用药行为得分正相关,与实习指导老师指导质量自我评价赋值负相关。

Objective：To provide help of better medical educations and the relationship between patients and doctors,we studied the causes of expected response in patients to intern.Methods：Obtaining datas by an individually designed questionnaire,then the datas were input Epidata3.0 software.Descriptive statistical and multiple linear regression analysis methods were conducted with SPSS13.0 software.Result and Conclusion：The total level of expected response in patients to intern was in an average level.They were positive the self-evaluation of conducting frequence of instructor 、the self-evaluation of causes performance and rational use of drugs,meanwhile they were negative correlate to self-evaluation of direction quality of instructor.
