The deficiency of career competence is the main barrier for medical student to find the job,therefore,career design and career guidance subject development is the effect way to improve the career competence of medical student.To analyze the current situation of career competence of medical student and based on the profound thinking of the career competence and career guidance subject development,the article gave some strategies to strengthen career design and career guidance subject development for medical student.
