电子病历在眼科临床教学中的应用

Application of Electronic Medical Records in Clinical Teaching of Ophthalmology

电子病历在临床上被越来越广泛地应用,尽管提高了临床工作效率,但在对学生临床诊断思维和独立分析能力的培养上却存在着一定的影响。通过分析某医学院校的临床教学实践,剖析电子病历在眼科临床教学中应用的影响,提出了实习教学医院如何积极有效应对的相关建议。

Electronic medical records（EMRs） was applied increasingly widely in clinical practice,which could improve the efficiency,but there were still some negative impacts on students just like cultivating diagnosis thought and independent analysis of the clinical disease.In this study,we investigated the clinical teaching practice of one eye hospital,analyzed the effect of EMRs on clinical teaching of ophthalmology and explored methods that how practice teaching hospitals respond positively and effectively,and achieve the goal of practice teaching.
