摘要
以具有三级维修级别的复杂设备为对象,通过对设备使用、修理流程分析,给出了设备使用与修理状态转移图,建立了设备一个更新周期内,维修间隔期与可用度关系模型,并给出了相应应用案例,案例说明了模型的适用性与灵敏性。
Targeting at the complex equipment of three maintenance levels,this paper presentes a switching chart of equipment application and repair condition transformation by analyzing equipment application and repair flowing procedure.The paper also establishes the connection model between maintenance interval period and availability in a updating cycle,and also gives an application case,in which the applicability and sensitivity of the model are proved.
