经皮短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定加椎体成型术治疗胸腰椎骨折18例疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的进一步提高胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法对18例胸腰椎骨折患者采用经皮短节段椎弓根螺钉固定及椎体成形术。结果术后Cobb′s角由术前26.2°减小至2.5°,伤椎椎体高度由术前56%恢复至95%。随访15例,均未发现内固定松动、断裂等,椎体前缘高度无丢失,Cobb′s角无增大,且无人工骨泄漏情况。结论经皮短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定加椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎骨折安全有效。
