恶性肿瘤患者糖代谢水平与VEGF的相关性 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨恶性肿瘤糖代谢水平与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的关系。方法选择88例恶性肿瘤患者,其中糖代谢异常43例(肿瘤TNM分期为Ⅱ、Ⅲ期19例,Ⅳ期24例;分化好19例,分化差24例),包括糖尿病(DM)21例(DM组)、糖调节受损(IGR)22例(IGR组);糖耐量(NGT)正常者45例(NGT组,TNM分期为Ⅱ+Ⅲ期20例,Ⅳ期25例;分化好18例,分化差27例)。测定三组VEGF水平。结果化疗前三组Ⅳ期患者VEGF水平均高于Ⅱ+Ⅲ期者,DM组VEGF水平明显高于NGT组,P<0.05;化疗后各组VEGF水平均明显降低,但NGT组及IGR组降低程度明显大于DM组;糖代谢异常患者血糖控制差者VEGF水平高于血糖控制理想和一般者。结论恶性肿瘤晚期内皮细胞损伤明显,高血糖对内皮细胞损伤起促进作用;严格控制血糖可减轻血管内皮损害,有助于缓解病情。
