我国就业结构变迁与经济增长的互动关系检验--基于时间序列数据的实证研究

The Interaction between Employment Structural Change and Economic Growth in China:The empirical research of time series data

本文利用时间序列数据,对我国就业结构变迁与经济增长的互动关系进行检验。实证结果显示,改革开放以来,我国经济增长与就业增长的步伐长期存在一定的不协调性,但在短期却表现出明显的互动性。这说明了我国经济增长受就业的城乡二元结构和产业结构的影响是比较大的,经济增长模式并没有发生实质性转变。最后对此提出了政策建议。

This paper used time-series data to test the interaction between employment structure changes and economic growth in China.The empirical results show that after the reform and opening up,the pace of China＇s economic growth and employment growth are some inconsistencies in the long run,but in the short term it shows a clear interaction.This shows that the impact of China＇s economic growth by employment of the urban-rural dual structure and industrial structure is relatively large.The economic growth mode has not undergone any substantial change.Finally the policy recommendations are put forward.
