村民资产演变机理：城中村变迁的微观考察

Microscopic Perspective on "Village within City" Change:an Approach of Villager's Asset

本文选取村民资产演变路径分析城中村变迁,首先界定村民资产概念,并揭示城中村变迁过程不同场域内村民资产演变的事实。将村民资产演变分为单项资产的自身演变和互相转换两种模式,用源流库理论分析自身演变机理,用成本效益模型分析互相转换机理,着重阐述实物资本、人力资本、文化资本、社会资本的演变过程,指出城中村变迁的微观体现是村民专用性资产的损失和资产转换的非自愿性。

Based on the approach of villager＇s asset,the concept of villager＇s asset is defined,and during Village within City change process the fact that villager＇s asset changed in different field is revealed.The villager＇s asset change is divided into two models,one is single asset self-change,which is analysed with source-flow-sink theory;the other is single asset mutual metamorphosis,which is analysed with cost-benefit principles.The process of single asset change emphasized on physical capital,human capital,cultural capital and social capital.It＇s summarized that Village within City change in microscopic level is villager＇s specific asset loss in self-change and asset involuntary exchange in mutual metamorphosis.
