水稻摆秧机的试验研究

摘要 水稻浅植能提高水稻低节位的有效分蘖以实现增产。水稻摆秧机吸收了水稻抛秧种植的浅栽增产优势与水稻机插的成行成距有序移栽的优点,其原理是将规格化的带土毯状秧苗分秧切块,有序浅植于田中而不入土;既实现了有序浅植,又简化了插秧机易损件较多的多组传动栽植臂分插机构;是一种新型高效高产的水稻种植机具。本文将介绍其研究成果与试验对比分析。 Planting shallowly of rice can increase the low-node effective tiller so that high yield can be gained.The seedling managing machine take advantages of planting shallowly to increase yield made by the seedling casting machine and possessed the order characteristics of seedling transplanting machine.Its mechanism that the regular seedlings with soil blanket is divided into many small plots planted shallowly in the field without being in soil.This not only realizes planting shallowly,but also simplifies planting mechanism with many transitive assemblies damaged easily of the seedling transplanted.So it is a new type of the rice seedlings laying machine,which can be applied to obtain great production.
