摘要
在隔膜压滤机中对电解金属锰渣滤饼利用循环逆流洗涤技术进行了生产规模的试验研究。利用11-14 g/L低浓度含锰溶液对滤饼进行循环洗涤,并配合40 L清水一次性洗涤,可将锰渣中硫酸锰残留由原工艺的1.85%降低至0.8%,下降1.05个百分点,回收率超过56%;统计分析显示洗涤均匀,不存在穿滤等现象。
This paper has established a process to leach manganese from electrolytic manganese slag based on membrane filter press with recycling water and clean water.The manganese sulfate in the filter cakes has been reduced from original 1.86% to 0.8% with recycling water of 11~14 g/l manganese resolution and 40L clean water.Statistic analysis shows a balanced manganese reduction in the cakes is being achieved.
