Resin Finishing Technology of Garment Washing

本文以传统的免烫整理应用技术为基础,实际应用于服装后整理。介绍该技术最新应用于定褶、固色、成衣后整理等,同时对其生产工艺做了一些分析探讨。

Nowadays people realize changes of fashion with each passing day and seek after fashion with great enthusiasm. And now people's demand from the garment has changed from the original simply warm keeping to modern fashion and multi-functionality. Therefore,this paper integrates textile,chemical,machinery,electronic,light and heat technologies into a newly emerged technology,and the after-treatment technology for garments has also emerged accordingly. Finishing of garments,especially leisure clothing,may be understood as garment washing in a narrow sense. Apart from physical treatments such as sand blasting,hand friction,machine friction,polishing, sewing and sand washing etc.,all kinds of chemical agents are applied onto garments such as stiffening agents, softening agents,and functional finishing agents. Among them,resin finishing technology,which has been put into use since the 20s last century,now finds wide applications and makes great development. Starting from wash and wear finish,this paper analyzes the principle of the technology,and discusses its latest use in other fields as pleating, colour fixation,and garment dyeing,along with related production processes.
