摘要 论述了悬置系统设计的扭矩轴理论和能量法解耦理论,并介绍了这两种理论的计算方法,基于这两种理论并结合灵敏度分析的方法对某国产汽车的动力总成悬置系统设计进行了优化,结果表明:将悬置弹性中心布置在扭矩轴上,以及调整悬置刚度可以达到很好的解耦设计结果,提高整车的NVH表现。 Theory of torque axis and energy decoupLINg for the design of mounting system are discussed,and the calculation methods of them are introduced. The mounting system of one national vehicle is optimized based on two methods and the sensitivity analysis. The results show that mounting system can be well decoupled by putting the mount centers on torque axis and reasonably choosing their stiffness.
