摘要
以空心菜(Ipomoea aquatica)为材料,研究甜菜碱(Glycinebetaine,GB)和硫酸锌对海水胁迫下空心菜幼苗及生理效应的影响。结果表明,35%海水条件下,100mg/L外源GB和1μmol/L ZnSO4能显著提高幼苗的根长、株高及鲜重,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高叶绿素含量及过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,增强空心菜幼苗的耐海水性。
The Ipomoea aquatica was used as material and the effects of GB (Glycinebetaine) and ZnSO4 on seedlings and physiological of Ipomoea aquatica were researched under 35% seawater stress. The experimental results showed that GB and ZnSO4 significantly increased the seedling's root length, plant height and fresh weight; low content malondialdehyde (MDA) increased peroxidase(POD) activity significantly. The concentration of GB at 100 mg/L and ZnSO4 at 1 μmol/L promoted the growth of Ipomoea aquatica under 35% seawater stress.
