摘要
运用LI-6400便携式光合作用测定系统,研究了吊兰[Chlorophytum comosum(Thunb.)Baker]子株叶片和母株叶片的光合特性,并对其进行比较分析,从中分析同一吊兰植株的母株叶片和子株叶片不同时间光合速率的区别。结果表明,吊兰子株叶片的水势高于母株叶片的水势,子株叶片补给母株叶片水分;吊兰母株叶片在测定时期大都有比子株叶片较高的净光合速率,在营养获得方面,母株强于子株。
The LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system was used to study photosynthetic characteristics of Chlorophytum comosum mother plant and plantlet leaves. The plantlets had higher leaf water potential than the mother plant, thus supplying water to the mother plant. The mother plant consistently exhibited higher net photosynthetic rates than the plantlets during this experiment. The mother plant accumulated bio-matter faster than the plantlets.
