霞草总黄酮的提取工艺研究

Study on the Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids in Oldham gypsophila

采用浸渍法和超声法对霞草总黄酮的提取工艺进行研究,并对两种方法进行比较。结果表明,超声法优于浸渍法,最佳超声提取条件为超声时间为40min,乙醇体积分数为60%,料液比为1∶6(g∶mL)。

The extraction technology of total flavonoids in Oldham gypsophila were studied by the impregnation method and the ultrasonic wave method, and compared of the two methods. The results showed that the ultrasonic wave method was su-perior to the impregnation method, the optimal ultrasonic wave extracting conditions were obtained as follows：the ultrasonic time at 40min, the ethanol concentration at 60%（volume fraction）,the solid-liquid ratio at 1∶6（g / mL）.
