南水北调东线工程山东段生态安全问题及预警控制对策

The Ecological Security Problem and the Risk Warning and Control Strategy for the South-to-North Water Transfer to East Route Shandong Project

采用工程沿线现场勘察、社会调查、访谈以及文献资料法,分析了南水北调东线工程山东段生态安全问题及原因,建立了生态安全评价13项指标体系,科学确立了评价指标权重,采用层次分析法(AHP法),对南水北调东线工程山东段生态安全进行了量化评价,并作了生态安全风险因子分析,进而提出了生态安全预警控制对策和建议。

The authors used that the exploration along the way of the South-to-North Water Transfer to East Route Shandong Project,the social survey,the interview method and the reference material method on analysis to the ecological security problem and its formative reason of the South-to-North Water Transfer to East Route Shandong Project.Authors established 13 kinds of index systems and the weight of the evaluation indices scientifically. The quantization evaluation of South-to-North Water Transfer to East Route Shandong Project was ultimately obtained by the way of AHP. The risk factors were analyzed and the suggestion and method of the risk warning and control for ecological security were given.
