摘要
针对某大型牵伸机的传动部件在使用过程中出现的齿轮局部断齿、退卸套安装不到位和圆螺母脱落等问题进行了分析,采取了必要的改进措施,取得了明显的效果。
Partial gear teeth broken, withdrawal sleeve bad installation and the round nut shedding which were happen on transmission components of the large drawing machine were analysised, and after taking necessary measures for improvement, significantly improved results were obtained.
