摘要 采用柠檬酸与壳聚糖同浴整理蚕丝织物,研究了柠檬酸、壳聚糖和催化剂用量及焙烘温度对织物折皱回复角、白度和增重率的影响,以及柠檬酸和壳聚糖用量对织物防臭性能的影响。试验结果表明:采用壳聚糖0.5%,柠檬酸溶液8%,次亚磷酸钠6%,三乙醇胺4%,160℃焙烘2 min,可使蚕丝织物的折皱回复性和消臭率明显提高,但强力和白度略有下降;经5次洗涤后,整理织物对氨气、甲醛、甲醇和二甲苯的消臭率仍可保持80%以上。 The silk fabric was finished with chitosan and citric acid in one bath.Factors such as concentrations of citric acid,chitosan and catalyst,and curing temperature affecting wrinkle recovery angle,whiteness and weight add-on of silk fabric were studied.The influence of concentrations of citric acid and chitosan on deodorant ability of silk was investigated.The results showed the wrinkle recovery and deodorization percentage of silk treated with 0.5% chitosan and 8% citric acid,6% sodium hypophosphite and 4% triethanolamine,and cured at 160 ℃ for 2 minutes increased obviously,which were accompanied by a little decrease in strength and whiteness.The deodorization percentage for ammonia,formaldehyde,methanol and dimethylbenzene of silk fabric was maintained over 80% even after washing 5 times.
