介绍了高支高密全棉紧密纺大提花面料的染整加工工艺,包括采用欧诺兰CO练漂一浴一步法短流程前处理工艺;在练漂后再进行二次烧毛,以进一步去除练漂加工中产生的绒毛,使成品布面更加光洁滑爽;采用直辊布铗丝光工艺和活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺,以提高织物光泽和鲜艳度;采用耐久光泽树脂整理和轧光整理,进一步提高大提花面料产品的光泽。大提花面料经此工艺生产后,光泽持久,布面滑爽挺括,并兼具洗可穿功能。

Wet processing of high-count and high-density compact jacquard fabric was introduced,such as shortened pretreatment process with Eurolan CO;the secondary singeing to remove piles formed in scouring and bleaching process;mercerizing with clip chainless padless process and reactive dyeing with cold pad-batch process to improve the luster and brilliance of the dyeings.Luster of jacquard fabric was improved further by durable luster resin finishing and calendaring.The finished jacquard fabric featured durable luster,smooth and crispy handle,as well as wash and wear property.
