摘要
目的:对幼年期小型猪髁突纵行骨折作初步评价。材料与方法:中国实验用小型猪6头,造成左侧髁突纵行骨折模型,在术后6月进行(Computedtomography)CT扫描。结果:幼年期小型猪髁突纵行骨折后多形成双髁突畸形。结论:双髁突畸形形成机制与关节盘的继发性损伤、盘突粘连及内侧骨折片移位有关,此外髁突纵行骨折时的年龄对形成双髁突畸形是至关重要的。
Objective:The aim of this study was to observe the deformity of condyle after sagittal fracture of mandibular condyle in childhood miniature pig.Methods:Six childhood miniature pigs were used in this study.Sagittal fracture of condyle of mandible was performed.The CT imaging of the condyles was scanned in these pigs six months after operation.Results:Bifid mandibular condyle deformity was found in most of the fractured condyles.Conclusion:The secondary injury to articular disc,the adhesion between disc and condyle,and distortion of fracture segment of bone was considered as possible factors related to bifid mandibular condyle.The age of the pig was a very important factor in the formation of bifid mandibular condyle deformity.
