10%氟钼酸铵溶液预防和抑制乳牙龋作用的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过临床实验评价10%氟钼酸铵溶液预防和抑制乳牙龋的作用。方法:用10%氟钼酸铵溶液(实验组)和09%生理盐水(对照组)涂擦牙面;实验前、后统计幼儿乳牙患龋情况并进行统计学分析。结果:(1)二年后幼儿患龋率实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)患新生龋的人数和牙数,实验组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)与对照组比10%氟钼酸铵溶液有明显地抑制牙本质龋的作用(P<0.02)。结论:10%氟钼酸铵溶液对乳牙龋不仅有预防作用,而且对已形成的龋齿有抑制其发展的作用,对牙本质龋的抑龋效果更加突出。 Objective:To evaluate the prevention and inhibition action of 10%(NH 4) 2MoO 2F 4 on deciduous caries.Methods:The surfaces of teeth were washed using 10%(NH 4) 2MoO 2F 4 (experiment group)and 0.9% NS(control group).The number of deciduous caries was recorded and analyzed by statistics before and after treatment.Results:①The morbidaty rate of caries in the experiment group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05) after two years.②The incidence of the new caries and number of persons who had new caries during the treatment in experiment group were markely lower than that of control group (P<0.05).③The effect of 10%(NH 4) 2MoO 2F 4 on inhibition of caries was much strong on dentin caries (P<0.02) compared with control group.Conclution:10%(NH 4) 2MoO 2F 4 can prevent deciduous caries,also can inhibit development of caries formation,especially marked effect on inhibition of the dentin caries.
