上颌前牙牙冠总宽度与鼻翼宽度的相关性及临床意义

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE ON THE CORRELATION BETWEEN THE WIDTH OF ALAE NASI AND THE TOTAL WIDTH OF ANTERIOR TEETH CROWN IN MAXILLA

目的：对上颌前牙牙冠总宽度与鼻翼宽度的相关性及临床意义的研究。方法：选择北京地区男６１例女５５例正常合１１６例，对上前牙牙冠总宽度及鼻翼宽度进行测量采用计算机视频模型测量系统。结果：上前牙牙冠总宽度大于鼻翼宽度（Ｐ＜００１，ｒ＝０８２７）。各牙弓形无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５），不同性别比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００１）。结论：鼻翼宽度测值为５２５７－７８９６ｍｍ，可做为全口义齿选上颌前牙牙冠总宽度的参考标准。

Objective To investigate clinical significance on correlation between the width of alae nasi and the total width of anterior teeth crown in maxilla.Methods To select the normal occlusion 116 cases(61 male,55 female)and to measure the width of alae nasi and the total width of anterior teeth crown in maxilla in Beijing district.Model measure and analysis of video computer system.Results The total width of anterior teeth crown in maxilla was larger than width of alae nasi (P<0 01,r=0 827).There were no significant differences in different dental arch shape (P>0 05).Significant differences were found between males and females(P<0 01).Conclusion The width of alae nasi(5 257-7 896mm)can be used as reference to select the total width of anterior teeth crown in maxilla in complete denture.
