摘要 应用一定浓度的壳聚糖Fe(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)配合物处理玉米种子和在120mmol/LNaCl胁迫条件下生长的玉米幼苗,探讨壳聚糖Fe(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)配合物对玉米种子和盐胁迫下玉米幼苗某些生理生化特征的影响。试验结果表明:经配合物处理的玉米种子发芽率和发芽指数及玉米幼苗耐盐指数明显提高。在盐胁迫条件下,经配合物处理后的玉米幼苗叶片中脯氨酸含量增加放慢,叶绿素含量降低放缓,蛋白质含量下降速度减小,可溶性糖含量提高变慢,SOD酶活性增加幅度变大。说明壳聚糖Fe(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)配合物可以提高玉米幼苗的耐盐性。 The effects of chitosan supported Fe(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ) complexes on some physiological characteristics of seed germination and salt-tolerance of seedling growth of maize were investigated, seed and seedlings were treated with chitosan supported Fe ( Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ) complexes solution and 120 mmol/L NaCl solution. The results showed that chitosan supported Fe ( Ⅱ), Zn ( Ⅱ ) complexes solution increased seed germination percentage, germination index and salt tolerance index. Under salt stress conditions, the increment speed of proline content,the reduction velocity of chlorophyll content,the reduction velocity of soluble protein content and the increment speed of soluble sugar content decreased, the increment speed of SOD activities increased in stressed seedlings. It was suggested that chitosan supported Fe(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ) complexes solution improved the salt tolerance of seedlings in maize.
