摘要
研究了美国引进蔬菜新品种——太阳牌豌豆苗的营养品质及其在不同播种密度下的生长特性。结果表明:美国豌豆苗属于高水分、高还原糖、高粗蛋白、高可溶性固形物、高Vc、低硝酸盐的蔬菜;每667m2播种量为10kg的初始收获天数比每667m2播种量为12.5kg的处理提前了0.4d;每667m2播种量为10kg和12.5kg的处理之间的株高、最大叶片长、最大叶片宽和产量均没有显著差异。建议栽培豌豆苗时采用每667m2播种量为10kg的方式,既可降低成本又可保证其生长特性与产量的稳定。
In this paper, the quality analysis and effects of a new inducted vegetable-Sun pea sprouts growth characteristics on different sowing quantity were studied. The results showed that:(1) The pea sprouts was a kind of vegetable of high water content, high reductive sugar content, high crude protein content, high soluble solids content, high Vitamin C content, low nitrate content. (2) Compared with sowing quantity of 12.5 kg per 667 m2, the first harvest time was advanced 0.4 days with sowing quantity of 10 kg per 667 m2. There were no significant difference in plant height, maximum leaf length, maximum leaf width and yield between the treatment of sowing quantity 10 kg and 12.5 kg per 667 m2. Therefore, we suggest that it could either reduce costs or keep the stability of growth characteristics and yield when used the sowing quantity of 10 kg per 667m2.
