摘要
对不同耕作方式土壤的土壤动物种类组成的影响进行了研究,共分离鉴定土壤动物2140只,隶属2门8纲18目,其中蔬菜生产基地分离797只动物隶属1门4纲11目,村民自留菜地分离1343只动物,隶属2门8纲14目。村民自留菜地土壤动物结构复杂,优势类群和常见类群数高于蔬菜生产基地,Shannon-Wienner多样性指数H’、Pielou均匀度指数E和优势度C高。说明传统施用有机肥、不喷洒农药和化肥的耕作方式更加有利于土壤动物的生长繁殖,农药和化肥比土壤肥力对土壤动物的影响更大。
This investigation studied the effect of different culcivation methods on soil animal community in the vegetable base and private lands of village people in Shangrao village in Wujiang District, Shaoguan city. 2 140 soil animals were collected which subordinated to 2 Phylums, 8 Classes, 18 Orders in all. 797 soil animals were collected which subordinated to 1 Phylums, 3 Classes, 11 Orders in the vegetable base and 1 343 soil animals were collected which subordinated to 2 Phylums, 8 Classes, 14 Orders in the private lands of local villagers. The results showed, the strcture was complicated, predominant and common groups, the diversity index H and the evenness index of the private lands of village people were higher than that of the vegetable base. In the vegetable land of shangrao village the dominance index was higher than that of the vegetable base. All the above explained that it was advantageous to soil animals ’ breeding using organic fertilizer but not pesticide and chemical fertilizer. And pesticide and chemical fertilizer more impacted than soil fertility on soil animal.
