摘要 以黄芪和螺旋藻为材料,比较了黄芪和螺旋藻氧化氢酶的活性;研究了不同温度、pH值以及不同浓度的有机溶剂对黄芪过氧化氢酶活性的影响,探究了黄芪和螺旋藻氧化氢酶的最佳提取条件。结果表明,质量相同的情况下,在黄芪中可提取到更多的过氧化氢酶,提取效果较好;黄芪过氧化氢酶提取的最适pH值为7.0;黄芪过氧化氢酶提取的最适温度为30℃;低浓度的有机溶剂更有利于黄芪过氧化氢酶的提取。该研究为在工业领域中采用温和而低污染的生物法来催化降解H2O2提供了参考。 Activity of catalase from astragalus and spirulina were compared. The effects of different temperature, pH values and different concentrations of organic solvents on catalase of astragalus were researched. The best extraction condition of catalase from astragalus and spirulina were studied. The results showed that under the condition of the same quality, there was more catalase extracted from astragalus, and the effect was better. The best extraction condition was that pH value of 7.0, temperature of 30℃ and low concentration of organic solvent was better for extracting the catalase form astragalus. The study provided some reference for using mild and low contaminated biological method to catalyze and degrade H2O2.
