以杨凌农业科技企业创业环境为研究对象,以创业环境评价理论为指导,运用层次分析法和模糊数学综合评价方法,从杨凌农业科技企业创业环境的实际出发,通过理论检索和实地调查,构建了农业科技企业创业环境评价体系,设计了模糊综合评价模型,并对杨凌农业科技企业创业环境进行了实证评价。最后,根据评价结论对杨凌农业科技企业创业环境的制约因素进行具体分析,并提出改进建议。
