摘要
激励问题对绩效管理效果的优劣起着决定性的作用。通过理论分析,将绩效管理过程中的激励问题划分为过程激励和结果激励两类,并从这两个层面对激励问题在绩效管理中的作用进行了分析,探查了目前我国公务员绩效管理过程中与激励问题相关方面的不足,提出相应的改进对策。
Incentives play a crucial part in performance management effect.Based on a theoretical analysis,the paper tends to divide the incentives into process motivation and performance incentive in the performance management,then in these two aspects analyze the incentive effect and insufficiency of the present civil servant performance management in China and finally put forward some relevant improvement measures.
