摘要
自由切换射流元件有许多优点,可用于多个领域。现有自由切换射流元件存在结构参数调节繁琐,存在溢流等不足,故要研制槽式自由切换射流元件。改变射流元件中控制道宽度、劈形、劈宽、喷嘴宽度、深宽比等进行试验,研究这些因素对射流自由切换性能的影响。
Free switch efflux element has many merits and can he applied to lots of fields. There-fore, it is necessary to develop it. But existing Free switch efflux element existed some disadvantage; for example, its structure parameter isn't easy to adjust, the overflow often appear in it and so on, so free switch efflux element with groove in middle board is developed. Changing the width of control way, split shape, split width, nozzle width and the ratio of depth and width in efflux element, experiments are done to research their influence on free switching performance of efflux elemen.
