摘要 目的 探讨颅内动脉瘤的影像学表现及其不同检查方法的作用,为脑外科和介入治疗提供更多的信息。材料和方法 22例动脉瘤患者,全部行 DSA检查,其中 5例曾行CTA、13例行 MR、9例行 MRA检查、同时行 CTA、MRA及DSA检查者2例。结果 5例CTA检查者,皆能清楚显示动脉瘤的位置和形状。13例行MRI检查者,6例显示腔内血栓形成。9例MRA检查者,显示动脉瘤者7例,5例能显示瘤颈。22例DSA检查者,21例能清楚显示动脉瘤位置、形状、大小,17例清晰的显示瘤颈。结论 MRI对显示瘤腔内血栓、占位效应及局部缺血性改变较好,CTA、MRA对显示动脉瘤的三维解剖结构具有重要作用,而DSA是诊断动脉瘤的黄金标准。 Purpose To investigate imaging findings of intracranial aneuysms and the role of different radiographic methods,providing informations for sugical and endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Materials and methods All 22 cases underwent DSA, 5 cases underwent CTA,13 cases performance MRI and 9 cases performance MRA, 2 cases underwent CTA,MRA and DSA. Results Aneurysms can be evidently disclosed in 5 cases performancing CTA. All 13 cases undergoing MRI examination, 6 cases present intralumen clot. Among 9 cases undergoing MRA examination, 7 caese present aneurysms, 5 cases present neck. Among 22 cases performancing DSA, 21 cases evidently present aneurysmal location and shape and size, 17 caese evidently present neck. Conclusion Both CTA and MRA play a role in delineating the 3D anatomy of aneurysms,and MRI provides informations about the presence of intraluminal clot,mass effect,and any focal ischemic change. DSA is the gold standard of diagnosing aneurysms,providing much more informations for surgical and endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms than other radiographic methods.
