MRI评价犬颌下腺功能变化的实验研究

摘要 目的 探索MRI在评价涎腺分泌功能变化中的应用价值。材料和方法 对5例犬手术结扎一侧颌下腺主导管,分别观察结扎后及结扎并毛果芸香碱刺激后20分钟和80分钟,后双侧颌下腺体积、T1和T2驰豫时间及T1WI和T2WI信号强度的变化。结果 结扎并毛果芸香碱刺激后,结扎侧犬颌下腺T2驰豫时间较刺激前显著升高,与结扎对例及同侧毛果芸香碱刺激前比较有显著差异;结扎并刺激前后比较T2WI信号强度比值有显著性增大。结论T2驰豫时间和T2WI信号强度比值可以作为反映涎腺导管阻塞后功能变化的重要指标。 Purpose To study the value of MRI used in showing functional change of dog submandibular gland. Materials and Matheds One side main ducts of the submandibular glands was ligated in five doge. MRI SE sequence was performed after ligation and 20', 80' after stimulation by pilocarpine. The T1 and T2 relax time,T1WI and T2WI signal intensity ratio and the gland volume was measured. Results After ductal ligation and stimulation by pilocarpine,the T2 relax time had obviously increased. There was significant difference in comparing with the other side and the same side before stimulation. The T2WI signal intensity ratio also increased significantly. Conclusoin T2 relax time and T2WI signal intensity ratio could be a important index to the function change of silivary gland after obstruction of main ducts.
