摩托车车架振动性能优化的设计研究与应用

摘要 针对某款250型新开发摩托车车架,利用有限元理论建立整车参数化动力学模型,运用模态分析技术、谐响应分析技术、全局灵敏度分析技术及优化设计技术,分析车架动态特性及发动机激励下车架的振动响应,并改进了车架结构以降低振动,总结出一套摩托车车架振动性能优化设计流程,为类似产品的设计提供了参考。 In dealing with the newly-developed 250 type motorcycle frame vibration, the finite-element theory is used to establish the dynamic model of the motorcycle parameters and an analysis is made for the motorcycle dynamics. And the vibration response of the motorcycle under the engine' s excitation using the modal analysis, harmonic response analysis, global sensitivity analysis and the optimum technology is analysed with the frame structure improved for the reduction of vibration, through which an optimum design flow for motorcycle vibration performance is obtained, thus providing the reference for similar designs.
