光栅生化分析仪光电数据采集系统实现

摘要 研制一种用于生化分析仪的光电检测系统,采用新型对数放大器对微弱和宽范围电流信号进行放大和范围压缩,硬件上实现对数运算,同时采用16位高精度A/D对信号进行采集,软件上实现数字滤波用于消除随机和脉冲干扰;通过几种吸光度已知的溶液对340 nm光的吸光度测量结果的分析,验证系统能够满足光栅生化分析仪的使用要求。 This paper designed the photoelectric detection system for the grating biochemistry analyzer.Low-level and wide dynamic range currents were measured as well as the logarithmic operated by the new kind model of logarithmic amplifier Log114.It took high precision16bit A/D converters for data acquisition, meanwhile,used digital filter to delete random noise and pulse interface in software.By analyzing the measured result of known absorbance of several solution on 340 nm wavelength,the design of system was proved to be fully in line with the requirements of grating biochemistry analyzer.
