摘要 目的评价纤维蛋白止血敷料的生物相容性。方法对纤维蛋白止血敷料进行如下生物学检测:细胞毒性试验(MTT法)、急性全身毒性试验、皮肤刺激试验、皮内刺激试验和溶血试验,根据标准对实验数据进行分析和评估。结果纤维蛋白止血敷料的细胞毒性分级0—1级;无急性全身毒性作用,无皮肤刺激反应、皮内刺激反应,无溶血性。结论纤维蛋白止血敷料具有良好的生物相容性。 Objective To evaluate the biocompatibility of fibrin dressing. Methods The biocompatibility of fibrin dressing was evaluated by performing several biological tests, including cytotoxicity test, acute systematic toxicity test, skin irritation test, intracutaneous irritation test and hemolytic test. The experimental data was analyzed and evaluated by criterion. Results The level of the cytotoxicity of fibrin dressing was 0 or 1 degree. No obvious acute systematic toxicity, skin irritation, intracutaneous irritation or hemolytic reaction were observed. Conclusion Fibrin dressing has reliable biocompatibility.
