高校优秀教师与普通教师教学语言对比的实证分析——来自对辽宁8所高校教师的调查 被引量:4

摘要 教师的语言行为已成为判断教师教学水平高低的重要指标,在高校中亦是如此。分别选取8名优秀教师与8名普通教师作为研究对象,采用德尔菲法对不同类型教师的教学语言进行比较。结果表明,两类教师在音量和语速上差异不显著,有10项指标存在显著差异,特别是在运用语调、感性与理性语言、目光语和表情语方面,优秀教师的使用率明显高于普通教师。说明普通教师应在以上几个方面加强训练。 Teacher's language behavior has become an important index for judging teachers 'teaching level, which is also true in universities. Taking 8 outstanding teachers and common teachers as research objects and using Delphi method to contrast different types of teachers' teaching language, we got the results that the two kinds of teachers have no significant difference in volume and speed; 10 indexes have significant difference. Outstanding teacher is obviously higher than that common teacher, especially in the intonation, perceptual and rational language, the eye contact language and expression language, which shows that common teachers should strengthen training on those aspects mentioned.
