人胚胎骨髓基质细胞的体外培养观察 被引量:14

摘要 为了探讨人胚胎骨髓基质细胞的生物学特性,我们分别在体外培养人胚胎骨髓基质细胞(FBMSCs)和成人骨髓基质细胞(ABMSCs),在光镜下观察它们各自的细胞形态,集落形态和大小。结果表明:FBMSCs和ABMSCs的CFU-F细胞形态,集落形态,集落数,集落大小均无差异,但从出现小丛,形成集落,集落融合交错成片,到集落完全铺满瓶底,FBMSCs均晚于ABMSCs。表明FBMSCs较ABMSCs更原始幼稚,可能具有更好的支持造血功能。 To study the biological characteristics of the human fetal bone marrow stromal cells, fetal bone marrow stromal cells (FBMSCs) and adult bone marrow stromal cells (ABMSCs)are cultured in vitro and their cell morphology, colony morphology, colony size are observed. The time of their clusters appearance, colonies formation, colonies confluence andspreading out completely are recorded. It is showed that there are no difference between theFBMSCs and ABMSCs in cell morphology, colony morphology, colony numbers and size ofCFU-F. The time of clusters appearance, colonies formation, colonies confluence, spreadingout completely of the FBMSCs is later than that of the ABMSCs. Our studies indicate thatFBMSCs is more primitive than ABMSCs and may have the better functions of supportinghaematopoiesis.
