摘要
长期处于相对紧张、高强度的训练和比赛中,高水平运动员心理和身体都承受着不同程度的压力和强度刺激的挑战。心理卫生问题对运动员,尤其是激烈竞赛期间的运动员的身心健康及运动水平具有较大影响。运动员在不断挑战自我、超越自我的成绩目标实现过程中,需要管理者、教练员及心理工作者等齐心协力,共同关注和预防运动员可能发生的心理卫生问题。
Being in a long-term state of relative tension and high-intensity training and competition,high performance athletes are challenged by different levels of stress and stimulation both mentally and physically.Psychological health has great effect on athletes’physical and mental health and performance during competition;therefore,in order to prevent psychological problems,high performance athletes are required to do as follows:don’t make excessive demands for perfection and avoid self-compelling and constraint;prevent pre-competition anxiety and breakdown;be confident of weight-controlling and avoid neurogenic gluttony;avoid self-enclosing and prevent depression.
