摘要 目前,体能训练在我国各运动项目中都开始得到充分重视,各级教练员都把体能训练放在十分重要的位置。但对究竟什么是体能、什么样的体能为好的体能等问题还存在较大的分歧,甚至还存在一定的误区,认为体能=体力、体能=耐力、体能就是身体素质训练的大有人在。 Physical fitness is the foundation for athletes to reach the peak of world level.The fact of winning a competition solely on technical and tactical advantages is history now.The reason that a technical prevailing athlete or sports team fails to achieve the ultimate success is usually the lack of physical fitness.Physical fitness training,nowadays,has come to be taken seriously in various events in China.Coaches have put physical fitness training in a very important position.However,there is still great divergence and even deviation in the problems such as what is physical fitness,what kind of physical fitness is the good one,and so on.
