摘要
磁选是一种基于磁力作用而广泛应用的选矿工艺。本文论述了磁选技术的发展状况,重点介绍了几种类型磁选设备的发展特点,包括针对于弱磁性铁矿石的强磁预选技术、高梯度磁选设备的永磁化、筒式磁选机的大型化以及精矿提纯技术,分析了磁选技术和磁选设备的研究和发展趋势。
Magnetic separation is a kind of widely used mineral processing technology based on magnetic force. This article discussed the development situation of magnetic separation technology. The development characteristics of several types of magnetic separation equipment were mainly introduced,including high intensity preconcentration technology applied to weak-magnetic iron ores,high gradient permanent magnetic separation equipment,scale maximization of drum magnetic separators and purification techniques of concentrate. Finally,the research and development trends of magnetic separation technology and equipment were deeply analyzed.
