摘要
用电弧炉熔炼法制备了Pr0.1CexTb0.9-xFe1.9(x=0.2~0.8)化合物。分别采用X射线衍射(XRD)、超导量子干涉磁强计(SQUID)和应变仪分析了化合物Pr0.1CexTb0.9-xFe1.9的相结构、低温磁化曲线和磁致伸缩性能。发现Ce含量x在0.6附近时,Pr0.1CexTb0.9-xFe1.9化合物的晶格常数正向偏离了Vegard定理;低温磁化曲线和磁致伸缩在Ce含量x为0.6时出现反常增加的现象。Pr0.1CexTb0.9-xFe1.9化合物的晶格常数、磁化曲线和磁致伸缩的反常变化归因于Ce离子的价态波动。
Pr0.1CexTb0.9-x (x=0.2~0.8) compounds were prepared by arc melting. The phase structure,low-temperature magnetization and magnetostriction of Pr0.1CexTb0.9-x compounds were investigated by XRD,SQUID and strain gauge techniques. When Ce content x is near 0.6,the lattice parameter exhibits positive deviation from Vegard's law; magnetization at 5K and magnetostriction abnormally increase. These abnormal changes of lattice parameter,magnetization and magnetostriction can be attributed to the valence fluctuation of Ce ions.
