摘要
基于功率分配-滤波-通带合成的原理,设计了一种合成瞬时带宽超宽的新型YIG调谐带通滤波器,其合成瞬时带宽是两只YIG调谐带通滤波器瞬时带宽之和,损耗等于分支路上的功分器、YIG滤波器、合路器的损耗之和。用两只工作频率6~18GHz、3dB带宽等于400MHz的YIG调谐带通滤波器合成为瞬时带宽大于800MHz超宽带YIG调谐滤波器,设计结果证明了这种方法的可行性和理论的正确性。
Based on the principle of power-dividing-filtering-passband-combining,a novel YIG-tuned bandpass filter was designed with ultrabroad combined instant bandwidth,which has a combined instant bandwidth of the sum of instant bandwidth of the two YIG-tuned bandpass filters,and an insertion loss of the sum of those of power divider,the YIG-tuned filter and the power combiner. An ultrabroad YIG-tuned filter with instant bandwidth above 800MHz was synthised using two 6-18GHz YIG-tuned bandpass filter with 3dB bandwidth of 400MHz. The design results prove the feasibility of the method and correctness of the design theory.
