绿原酸对中华鳖生产性能及抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:22

摘要 本文探讨添加不同剂量的绿原酸对中华鳖生产性能及抗氧化能力的影响。选择健康均重为(140.78±24.18)g的中华鳖160只,随机分为5组(A组~E组),每组4个重复,每个重复8只。在基础饲粮中分别添加0(A组)、100(B组)、200(C组)、400(D组)和800mg/kg(E组)绿原酸,于试验的第60天取样,测定各组增重率、体脂比和裙边比,裙边和肌肉胶原蛋白含量,肌肉水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和胆固醇含量,血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。结果表明:1)C组的增重率显著高于对照组(A组)(P<0.05);2)各组间裙边比、体脂比、肌肉水分和肌肉粗脂肪含量无显著差异(P>0.05);3)各试验组裙边胶原蛋白含量均显著或极显著高于对照组(PB<0.05,PC<0.01,PD<0.01,PE<0.01),C组和D组肌肉胶原蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);4)D组肌肉粗蛋白质含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);5)C组和D组肌肉胆固醇含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);6)C组和D组GSH-Px活性显著高于对照组(PC<0.05,PD<0.01),B组、C组和D组SOD活性显著或极显著高于对照组(PB<0.01,PC<0.01,PD<0.05),C组CAT活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。由此可知,添加200~400mg/kg绿原酸能增强中华鳖的抗氧化能力并改善其生产性能。 The study focused on the effects of different doses of chlorogenic acid on the performance and antioxidant capability of Trionyx sinensis. One hundred and sixty healthy Trionyx sinensis with an average weight of (140.78±24.18) g were selected,and randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 8 turtles in each replicate. Groups A^E were added 0,100,200,400 and 800 mg/kg of chlorogenic acid,respectively. The trial lasted for 60 days. Weight gain rate,calipash ratio and body fat ratio,the collagen contents of calipash and muscle,the moisture,crude protein,crude fat and cholesterol contents of muscle,the GSH-Px,SOD and CAT in blood of Trionyx sinensis were measured. The results showed as follows: 1) weight gain rate in group C was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05); 2) there were no significant differences in calipash ratio,body fat ratio,and moisture,and crude lipid in muscle among five groups (P〈0.05); 3) collagen content in calipash of the experimental groups was significantly higher than that in the control group (PB0.05,PC0.01,PD0.01,PE0.01),and muscle collagen content in groups C and D was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05); 4) muscle crude protein content in group D was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05); 5) muscle cholesterol content in groups C and D were significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05); 6) the activity of GSH-Px in groups C and D was significantly higher than that in the control group (PC0.05,PD0.01),the activity of SOD in groups B,C and D were significantly higher than that in the control group (PB0.01,PC0.01,PD0.05),and the activity of CAT in group C was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.01). In conclusion,adding 200~400 mg/kg chlorogenic acid in the diet could not only increase antioxidant capability of Trionyx sinensis,but also improve their performance.
