摘要
为了研究土壤养分对烟叶中性致香物质含量的影响,针对平顶山不同部位烟叶中性致香物质含量与对应的土壤养分关系进行了灰色关联分析。结果表明:速效钾对美拉德反应产物和酮类致香物质总含量影响较大;全Ca对苯丙氨酸类降解产物和西柏烷类降解产物含量影响较大;速效磷对类胡萝卜素类降解产物含量影响较大;氯对新植二烯含量影响较大。总体来看,速效钾、速效磷和全Ca对烟叶中性致香物质含量影响较大,土壤有机质对烟叶中性致香物质含量影响不大。
In order to study the influence of soil nutrient on the content of neutral aroma components in tobacco leaves,the correlation between the content of neutral aroma components in different parts of tobacco leaves from Pingdingshan and the local soil nutrient content was analyzed by gray relational degree.The results showed that available potassium content in the soil had great influence on the content of Maillard reaction products and the total content of ketone aroma components;total Ca had great influence on the content of the degradation products of phenylalanine and Siebel alkane;available phosphorus had great impact on the content of the degradation products of carotenoid;chlorine had large influence on the content of neophytadiene.Generally,the content of available potassium,available phosphorus and total Ca in the soil had great influence on the content of neutral aroma components in tobacco leaves,while the content of organic matter in the soil had little influence on the content of neutral aroma components in tobacco leaves.
