摘要
以杨梅芽和叶片为试材,研究了杨梅花芽生理分化期内源激素含量的变化。试验结果表明:杨梅花芽生理分化期叶片IAA含量升高,GA3含量先降后升,ABA含量先升后降,GA3的减少是杨梅生理分化所必需的。
The leaves and buds of 'Dongkui' waxberry trees(Myrica rubra Sieb.et Zucc) were used to study the changes in endogenous hormone content during the physiological differentiation of flower bud.The results showed that during the flower bud physiological differentiation the content of IAA in the leaves increased all the time,the content of GA3 decreased first and then increased,while ABA content increased first and then decreased.The reduction of GA3 content was necessary for the physiological differentiation of flower bud of waxberry tree.
