实验性糖尿病牙周炎大鼠牙周组织形态结构的变化 被引量:2

The change of periodontal tissue in experimental diabetic periodontitis rats

摘要 目的观察糖尿病牙周炎条件下大鼠牙周组织形态结构的变化。方法选择健康雄性SD大鼠68只,随机分为糖尿病牙周炎组(DP组)、牙周炎组(P组)、糖尿病组(DM组)及正常对照组(N组),通过建立大鼠糖尿病牙周炎模型,于术后8周、10周观察其结缔组织附着丧失量、牙槽骨高度丧失量及牙周组织形态结构的变化,并进行统计学分析。结果DP组及P组的结缔组织附着丧失量及牙槽骨高度丧失量均明显高于DM组及N组,且DP组高于P组,可见牙龈固有层炎细胞浸润,破骨细胞和牙槽骨吸收,且随着病程的推延,破坏程度加重,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病可加重牙周炎牙周组织的破坏程度。 Objective To observe the change of periodontal tissue in experimental diabetic periodontitis rats.Methods Sixty eight SD rats were randomly divided into four groups;diabetes periodontitis(PD) group,periodontitis (P) group,diabetes mellitus(DM) group and normal(N) group.After the diabetes periodontitis modle was established,observe the change of conective tissue attachment loss,alveolar bone crest height loss and periodontal tissue at 8 weeks and 10 weeks after surgery,and statistical analysis was carried out.Results The loss of the connective tissue attachment and alveolar bone crest height were significantly higher in the DP group and P group than those in the DM group and N group,meanwhile DP group is higher than P group.Scorching cells in gingival proper layer were increased,and absorption of the alveolar bone and some osteoclasts could be found in the DP group.The damage was increased progressively with course prolonged,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Diabetes play a role in promoting the damage of periodontium.
