综述了国内外管道不开挖修复技术的发展历史与目前形势，介绍我厂旧管道情况及废旧油管的的再利用情况，着重介绍了现有的旧管道修复工艺的技术特点及社会经济效益等。

The history and current situation of non - excavation pipeline rehabilitation technique both at home and broad is reviewed. The reuse experience of the old and waste line pipes of Daqing Oil- field No. 3 Oil Production Unit is introduced. The technical features as well as the social and economic efficiency of the old pipeline rehabilitation are stressed.
