In this paper,a detailed account of the design of hardware and software shows that how is ARINC429 bus data transmitted by a 8-bit single-chip.After introducing DEI1016 chip briefly,the conversion of 8-bit parallel bus to 32-bit serial bus is completed by controlling the chip.
