Using the list pollution exponential method and the synthetic pollution exponential method,the article appraises the water quality investigation of the main river course in some High-tech District of the south of the Yangtze River,and analyzes the pollution reason of the main river in the area.Take the construction of the main river course in the High-tech District as an example,the paper believes that the use of the ecology to repair the polluted water body is the tendency in the river course construction.The paper elaborates the significance and the method of the ecology water conservation river course construction,which can provide the basis for the better treatment of the river pollution.
