城市防灾避难园林的规划设计研究

A Study on Designing and Planning of City Garden for Emergency and Disaster Prevention

分析了城市灾害的特点及防灾避难场所的要求,提出了城市防灾避难园林的概念和功能;探讨了城市防灾避难园林的规划设计方法。同时,提出了统筹规划、改建优先、平灾结合、分布均匀、可达性强的设计原则,并对建立城市防灾园林网络、规划指标、配套设施、规划设计要点和防灾植物规划设计进行了探讨,为城市防灾避难园林的研究和建设提供理论参考。

The paper first presented the following： analysis of the features of the urban disasters and the require-ment of the emergency and disaster prevention shelters,proposal of the concept and function of the urban emer-gency and disaster prevention garden,and discussion of the plan and design of the garden.The paper then pro-posed the design principles including the following： overall planning,priority on rebuilding,the combination of the ordinary and emergent use,the equal garden distribution and great feasibility.The paper finally discussed other problems such as the building of the city garden net of the disaster prevention,planning of targets,com-pounded facilities,the key points in plan and design,and planning of the plant for the disaster prevention.All of them will give theoretical reference to the research and construction of the urban gardens for emergency and dis-aster prevention.
