中国城乡居民养殖产品及其加工品消费趋势分析

Analysis on consumption trend of breed aquatics and process products by Chinese residents

运用2003-2008年间国内部分省市城乡居民养殖产品及其加工品消费支出与家庭人均可支配收入统计面板数据，结合扩展线性支出系统模型（ELES），分析了我国城乡居民养殖产品及其加工品的消费趋势。结果表明，农村居民收入提高后对肉类、水产品、禽类等养殖产品消费的增长空间较大；而城镇居民则对肉禽加工品、奶类及加工品需求更富有弹性。

The consumption trends of the breed aquatics and process products by residents in China were analyzed, with the use of the statistics household panel data between 2003-2008 of the breed aquatics and process products consumer spending and disposable income of part of city residents and the Extended Linear Expenditure System（ELES）. The results show that, the rural residents whose income rises will increase the consumption of meat, aquaculture products, poultry and other breed aquatics products; while the urban residents will increase the need of the processed meat and poultry, dairy and process products.
